Make sure that your browser's 'cache' is NOT set to 0. It should be set to 1000 KBytes or higher
For Netscape Users:
If you are using Navigator 4.0+:
* Select 'Edit - Preferences'.
* Under the 'Category' list, click on 'Advanced - Cache'.
* In the boxes next to 'Memory Cache' and 'Disk Cache', set the value to 1000 KBytes (or higher).
If you are using Navigator 3.0+:
* Select 'Options - Network Preferences'.
* In the boxes next to 'Memory Cache' and 'Disk Cache', set the value to 1000 KBytes (or higher).
For Microsoft Internet Explorer Users:
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0+:
* Select 'Edit - Preferences'.
* Under the 'Category' list, click on 'Advanced - Cache'.
* In the boxes next to 'Memory Cache' and 'Disk Cache', set the value to 100 KBytes (or higher).
If you are using Internet Explorer 3.0+:
* Select 'Options - Network Preferences'.
* In the boxes next to 'Memory Cache' and 'Disk Cache', set the value to 100 KBytes (or higher).
